Enjoy Free Senior Sessions at Fit By U and try out 30 minutes in the gym. You can learn how to use all the different equipment and get confident enough to try it yourself.
Working out in the gym is a great exercise for older people. It’s something you can take at your own pace and helps to increase your muscle strength.
You can also try yoga classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am to 10.30am. Yoga is another wonderful activity that is ideal for older people. It helps to improve your flexibility, strength, movement, and balance.
