Fit for Life

Fit for Life
Fit for Life is a low‑to‑moderate intensity exercise program designed to help older adults stay active, confident, and healthy. The classes are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, ensuring the exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to the needs of people as they age.
Each session includes gentle strength training, balance exercises, and controlled movements that help improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls. Building muscle strength supports everyday tasks like standing up from a chair, climbing stairs, and carrying shopping. The exercises also help maintain joint health and improve posture, making it easier to stay independent for longer.
Fit for Life isn’t just good for physical health—it also supports mental and emotional wellbeing. Moving your body can lift your mood, reduce stress, and help keep your mind sharp. The group environment adds a social element, giving you the chance to meet others, enjoy friendly encouragement, and feel connected to your community.
This program offers a fun, supportive way to stay strong, active, and confident as you age.
