Fit for Life 55+ is a specialised group fitness program for older people. You'll get a free health consultation and a tailored gym program.
There are ongoing free assessments and program updates as you progress. The classes run between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday and on weekends. They are a great way to get fit at your own pace, helping you to improve your balance and remain strong.
There's even a quarterly morning tea to socialise with other members of your group.
