Fit for Life - Chair Aerobics

Chair aerobics is part of COTA's Fit for Life program. This program encourages older people to stay healthy, grow stronger, and to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.
It is held on Wednesday mornings in person or via Zoom. Before your first session, you must fill in a pre-exercise screening form and raise any health concerns. All places must be pre-booked by calling the class instructor.
