Fit for Life - Tai chi

Tai chi is part of COTA's Fit for Life program. The program encourages older people to stay healthy, grow stronger, and to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.
The tai chi class is run by a qualified instructor. It is held on a Thursday morning in person. Before your first session, you must fill in a pre-exercise screening form and raise any health concerns. All places must be pre-booked by calling the class instructor.
