Flying Angels Club Victoria

Flying Angels Club Victoria
Flying Angels clubs are welcoming places in ports where seafarers can relax and seek help or support if needed. If you have skills to share, some time to spare, and a passion for the welfare of others, try volunteering for the clubs.
You just need to spare four hours a week to make a real difference. If you like to drive, you can help by driving one of the 11-seater buses to pick up seafarers from the docks. You might also like to have a chat in the Flying Angel Club and provide some handy tips to seafarers.
You could use your research skills to help the heritage team or spend a morning working in the garden. If you prefer, you can stay at home and use your IT skills to help out with administration duties or fundraising.
The club is also always grateful for gifts of warm knitted items that chaplains and ship visitors can pass on to seafarers in need. If you can supply beanies in any colours, the club would love to hear from you.
