Revitalise your body, mind and spirit by joining this relaxed yoga for older people program.

Stretch, unwind, and release tension while strengthening and improving your flexibility. Classes are gentle with a series of guided poses. There are standing and seated postures and breathing practice. All poses can be modified to make them as easy or as challenging as you need.

Yoga practice provides many health benefits. You will improve your flexibility, posture, and strength. Yoga can also help your sleep quality, concentration, focus, and reduce stress and anxiety. All you need is a yoga mat for each session.
