Join the Spring into Shape weekly exercise and nutrition 12-week program. It’s all about healthy lifestyles and managing stress.
The program offers a safe, fun, and supportive place and a range of activities. These include cooking classes to learn how to cook a healthy meal. You can join some gentle workouts and health information sessions with a personal trainer to keep active.
There are also regular Elders' Health Days. Elders are welcome to go along on the third Monday of every month at the Coffs Harbour Botanical gardens from 10am to 2pm. This day is all about bringing together First Nations Elders to discuss a range of healthy lifestyle topics in a safe and fun environment.
