General Fitness Outdoor
Join the General Fitness Outdoor weekly program for the over 50s at Campbell Hill Pioneer Reserve.
The program runs over ten weeks and it aims to strengthen both your body and mind. Simple warm ups are followed by low-impact aerobic and strength building activities. You will use light weights to improve your heart fitness. The work out ends with stretching and relaxation to cool down the body.
Free parking is available at the reserve. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
