Try this fun aqua class to improve your health and fitness. You’ll improve your body strength, endurance, balance, and heart fitness.

It’s a gentle class in the water with music and is appropriate for older people or if you have an injury. Join the group on Mondays from 8am to 8.45am, Wednesdays from 12.15pm to 1pm, and Fridays from 12.15pm to 1pm.

You can also join the gentle Pilates classes for a slow, strength work out on a mat. These classes are on Wednesdays at 10.15am.
