Join our friendly Gentle Exercise Class at the Blacktown & Districts Older Women’s Network, held every Tuesday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm at 32A Rooty Hill Road South, Rooty Hill. This low-impact class is designed especially for older women who want to keep moving in a safe, supportive and relaxed environment.
The exercises focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. These are important for staying independent, reducing the risk of falls, and making everyday activities easier. Movements are gentle and can be adjusted to suit different abilities, so you can work at your own pace.
As well as physical benefits, the class is a great way to boost your mood and confidence. Exercising in a group helps you stay motivated and gives you the chance to meet new people, have a chat and feel part of a community.
