Gentle Exercise Gundagai is a very gentle exercise class for people over the age of 55.
It's ideal for people who haven't exercised in a while. Or if you have weakened joints or mobility problems such as multiple sclerosis. Classes begin with a warm-up. This is followed by exercises which can be modified to suit your needs.
You can use props such as chairs if you need extra support. Classes end with stretches and a cool down.
You will improve your overall fitness, strength, and mobility in a safe environment. They are run on Wednesdays from 11am to 12pm.
