Gentle Exercise Jindera is a weekly exercise class for people aged 50 and over.
It's a great way to improve your strength, fitness, and balance in a fun, social environment. The classes use chairs, noodles, and balls as you move through a variety of gentle strength-building exercises.
Class costs are low and the gold coin donations go towards buying equipment. Classes run on Friday mornings.
