Led by a qualified instructor, each session focuses on improving balance, flexibility and strength in a safe and supportive environment. Regular gentle movement helps support physical health by improving posture, joint mobility and muscle strength, which can reduce the risk of falls and help you stay independent. Classes are held weekly at PHIVE in Parramatta and run as a term‑based program. All you need to bring is a water bottle and a towel. This is a welcoming and practical way to keep your body moving and your mind engaged as you age well.
