Gentle Exercise Temora is a gentle exercise class for people aged 50 and over. It's perfect for beginners or if you haven't exercised in a while.

The sixty minute class is held on Tuesdays at 9.30am. It begins with a warm-up, followed by low-medium intensity standing movements, and finishes with seated stretches and cool down movements.

Noodles, balls, and chairs are all used as props and you can work at your own pace.

Newcomers are always welcome.
