Gentle Exercise with Jaye is a gentle weekly exercise class for the over 50s. It develops your strength, co-ordination, flexibility, and mobility.
Dance moves are also used in the class. Dance is a great way to challenge the brain, connect to music, and develop co-ordination.
No previous experience or partner is needed. Exercise modifications are offered if you use a wheelchair or a walker. None of the exercises are on the floor.
It's a great way to stay active and meet other older people.
