Gentle Exercises is a 45 minute gentle exercise class for older people.
Classes help to maintain and improve your mobility, and overall fitness, and wellbeing. You will exercise at your own pace, depending on your level of physical ability.
Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10.30am. There is always time to socialise after your class.
