Join these gentle yoga classes on Mondays at 11.15am to keep strong and flexible.
Classes involve breathwork and gentle movement. You don't need to be fit or flexible to practise yoga. Your teacher will guide to practise yoga in a way that suits you. You will practise both standing and on the floor with a mat and chairs will be available if needed to support you.
Yoga is an ideal activity for older people as it is low-impact and you can take it at your own pace.
