Visit the Georgetown Golf Club. It's a welcoming club for people of all golfing levels to get out and try a hit on the nine hole course.
Golf is a great way to stay active and fit, and it's a way to meet other people in the area. The friendly clubhouse is mostly staffed by local volunteers, with a bar and dinners available for a social get together after a game.
The clubhouse also offers pool and darts, and they hold regular competitions and fundraisers with prizes.
