The GRAMS More Than Medicine Program is available three days per week to provide support and advice about healthy living, food choices, and exercise.
The 12-week exercise program includes assorted weights, water cycles, cross trainers, step ups, treadmill, abdominal rockers, and a multi gym all supervised by a physiotherapist.
It’s a great way to get fit and healthy in a safe environment with other First Nations People.
