Improve your exercise capability and your wellbeing by joining one of the Longevity Classes at Ghetto Movement. Classes are designed for people over 60 and they focus on improving your strength, mobility, and balance. The classes are all low-impact and gentle. You will be led by an Exercise Physiologist, so you know you are exercising safely. They can tailor the movements to any level, and you can use a chair to help you balance if you need one. Join the classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10am to 10.45am and enjoy exercising with people your own age. It's a great way to get fit, socialise, and connect to your community. The cost is $120 for ten classes.
