Gloucester Hydrotherapy Pool

Gloucester Hydrotherapy Pool offers year round swimming in its 13 metre hydrotherapy pool. The pool is heated to 34°C and is open Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings.

Hydrotherapy helps to loosen tense, tight muscles. It stimulates blood flow which helps to boost your immune function. It aids with digestion and improves skin and muscle tone. Hydrotherapy can be helpful for arthritis, colds, depression, joint, muscle, and nerve pain.

Accessible amenities are available and there are hand rails into the pool. There is a chair lift (must have the help of a carer). Please call ahead for this service. Exercise equipment and water noodles are available.
