GoCo Exercise Classes
GoCo Exercise Classes offers older members of the community a weekly strength and balance exercise class. The class is run by trained exercise physiologists.
You will receive a free initial assessment and health check before your first class. These one hour classes are in a group setting. There is a focus on individual needs and abilities.
You'll follow a circuit to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. Everyone can work at their own pace.
Joining these classes will help you to maintain an active and independent life.
