Greek Over 55s Women’s Exercise Group
For a good low-impact exercise session, join the Greek Over 55s Women’s Exercise Group.
There are Greek speaking instructors to guide you through exercise classes. The classes are designed for mature aged women. They combine gentle exercise movements and techniques together with the Falls Prevention program.
It’s a wonderful way to keep active and meet other Greek women in the area.
Morning tea is provided. Join them every Friday at 10am and 11am.
