Try yoga as a great way to improve your flexibility and strength. With many variations offered throughout the class, you can take it at your own pace and work a bit harder if you want to. You will come away feeling awareness in your body and grounded for the rest of the week. Join the group on Tuesdays at 6pm for one hour and enjoy a good stretch for your whole body.
