Join this friendly group of First Nations women over the age of 50 for a yarn.

You can enjoy social activities, programs, and events. There are activities such as strength and balance classes, line dancing, cake decorating, floral arranging, and much more.

You can also attend day trips to neighbouring towns and villages to experience a range of activities. Past day trips have included a visit to the Narrabri Fish Farm and the Armidale Cultural Centre and Keeping Place. The group welcomes new members.

It’s a great way to keep active, make friends, and socialise.
