This friendly circuit class is designed for people aged 50+ who want to stay strong, steady and confident in everyday life. Each session includes a mix of gentle strength exercises, light cardio and balance activities. The exercises are done at stations, so you can move at your own pace and choose options that suit your body.
The class focuses on building muscle strength, improving balance and supporting good posture. These skills can help with daily activities like walking, gardening, carrying shopping and getting up from a chair. Better balance can also help reduce the risk of falls and support long-term independence.
