Gymea Community Aid and Info Service Volunteering

Gymea Community Aid and Info Service Volunteering
Gymea Community Aid and Information Service offers a range of community services. The service aims to reduce social isolation and celebrate diversity in the Sutherland Shire.
Join a dedicated team of volunteers if you have some spare time and would like to give back to your community. You can get involved in administration in the front office. You can help frail, aged clients at the Centre-Based Activity groups and social support groups.
You could also help with social support, including shopping and home visiting to people who may feel lonely or isolated.
Or you can tutor in English classes, computer classes, and the Homework Club.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to keep busy, feel a sense of belonging, and meet people in your area.
