The class uses equipment that strengthens, tones, and improves your overall fitness, in a circuit.
You can work at your own pace and modifications are offered to suit you. The class runs on Wednesday mornings.
Another class that's ideal for over 50s is tai chi. Tai chi classes are held on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
