This vinyasa yoga class uses breathing and energetic movement to keep you flexible and strong. There is a gentle wind down after your class and a short relaxation to steady your mind. This is not a beginners' class.
Beginners can try Healing Heart which offers gentler classes that may suit your needs or be a good place to start.
