Join the Healthy Active Highlanders for a free 12 week program designed for all ages and fitness levels.
It's a great way to get active and it's a fun variety of exercise classes. Classes are run by qualified instructors.
You can enjoy classes such as yoga to keep strong and flexible, circuit, HIIT, tai chi, and meta fit. They are all low-impact classes that you can take at your own pace.
