If you are fit and healthy and like walking outdoors, consider volunteering for the Heart Foundation. You could help keep people fit by volunteering as a Walk Organiser. It's a wonderful way to stay active whilst giving back to your community. Volunteering is a great way to stay busy, feel a sense of purpose, and meet lots of people. You'll get plenty of training and support in the role. Walk Organisers come from all regions of the NT and it's a free, social, and fun way to get healthy.
