Heart Foundation Walking Groups

Heart Foundation Walking Groups

Join a walking group to build connections in your community and walk together for a healthy heart.

Heart Foundation Walking is Australia’s largest free walking network. You can join local walking groups right across the country. Walking for 30 minutes a day can lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Plus, regular walks can also help to reduce stress, keep you healthy, and build friendships.

You can join or you can start your own group by volunteering to be a Walk Organiser. Search for a Heart Foundation walking group in a specific location then filter to suit your needs here.
