The Hornsby Aquatic and Leisure Centre is a state-of-the-art facility.
You can enjoy lap swimming in the 50 metre outdoor pool or join some low-impact aquatic exercises. You can try Aqua Shallow or Aqua Deep for strength building exercises in the pool.
Or join a land based yoga or Pilates class for strength and flexibility.
