Your local leisure centre offers a wide range of classes for all ages and fitness levels. There's a choice of over 50 classes every week in the group fitness rooms.
The heated pools are available for lap swimming or aqua aerobics classes.
Or you can try one of the Active Movers exercise classes. The classes are low-impact and suit all ages and abilities.
The centre is fantastic for all-round health and fitness. You can enjoy a healthy snack at the café after your workout.
