Illawarra Wellness Older Women's Network

Older Women's Network (OWN) welcomes women from all cultures, beliefs and backgrounds. The aim of each OWN Group is to promote the rights, dignity and wellbeing of older women.

Illawarra OWN Wellness Centre is a project of the Illawarra Older Women’s Network. The centre aims to reduce loneliness and keep you active. Go along to the Wellness Centre to keep your mind and body active.

You can make friends and join some of their classes. Try dancing, extra gentle exercise, fitness for seniors, drumming, Thai yoga, tai chi, or ukelele lessons if you want something a little different.
