In2Active

In2Active
In2Active is a free fitness program run by Brimbank City Council in partnership with Live Life Get Active. The program offers fun, welcoming exercise sessions led by qualified trainers. Activities include yoga, boxing and cross‑training, and sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels. You can go at your own pace and rest when needed.
Classes are held outdoors at Errington Reserve in St Albans and run during school terms. Exercising outside helps boost mood and energy, while moving your body regularly can improve strength, balance and flexibility. This supports everyday tasks like walking, bending and staying steady on your feet.
In2Active is also a great way to meet other local people. Exercising together helps reduce loneliness, builds confidence and keeps you motivated. Many participants say they feel happier, sleep better and have more energy after joining.
If you are looking for a free, social and supportive way to stay active and healthy as you age, In2Active is a great place to start.
