If you have some spare time, try volunteering for a more fulfilling life.

You can support an adult with an intellectual disability or an older person in the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme. You’ll regularly visit an older person or someone who is at risk of loneliness or isolation.

You’ll just enjoy a cuppa and a chat, perhaps go for a gentle walk, work in the garden, or play a game. You will develop new and rewarding relationships through shared interests and hobbies. You can make a positive difference in someone’s life and feel good about yourself.

No matter your background, education, or interests they would love to hear from you. Apply online or contact Inclusion via the website provided.
