Inner West Neighbour Aid

If you have some spare time, try volunteering to help people in your community who are most in need.

Volunteering at Inner West Neighbour Aid is fun, challenging, and rewarding. You’ll be working with people who share a community spirit. You’ll have flexibility, support, and relevant training.

You could help by gardening for clients who have their own home but are unable to maintain their garden or you can maintain the 5 Senses Garden in Rhodes Park.

If you love dogs, help as a dog walker for people who can’t walk their dogs. You’ll walk a dog in the Inner West regularly and get plenty of fresh air and exercise.

You can also join the volunteer visitors scheme and brighten someone’s day with a regular visit for a cuppa and a chat or help with a social outing.

It’s a wonderful way to stay active and give back to your community.
