Intereach supports children and families, people with disability, mental health, and older people. It works across the Riverina-Murray region of NSW and central and northern Victoria.

f you live in the region and want to give back to your community, try volunteering. Some ways that you can contribute are social support or Community Transport driving. Or you can organise and help with group activities.

If you like to brighten someone's day, you can help with the Meals on Wheels service. It’s a wonderful way to stay active and involved and meet like-minded people in the region. You'll be helping people who may be lonely or in need of assistance.
