Tai Chi is a gentle, low‑impact activity that uses slow, flowing movements to help improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. It is suitable for people of all fitness levels and is especially helpful for healthy ageing, as it supports joint mobility, reduces stress, and helps keep your mind clear and relaxed.
Master Shane has more than 30 years of experience teaching in the community and is passionate about helping people improve their mobility and overall wellbeing.
This class is held outdoors at Heit Family Park. The area has some shade, but the ground is uneven and not suitable for wheelchairs. There are no toilets at the park, though public toilets are available at the Willowbank Shopping Village nearby.
