Join Ivanhoe Aquatic for lap swimming or water aerobics. Water aerobics is a low-impact exercise class in the pool to help build your strength and fitness.

Or you can join one of the land-based group fitness classes. There's Seniors Strength and Stretch, a light, full body workout using a variety of gym equipment, that you can take at your own pace.

There's also Boomers Cardiovascular. This class helps your fitness and muscle tone. Or you can join Living longer, Living Stronger, strength training for over 50s.
