Join the African Elderly Communities Association at the neighbourhood centre to meet other people from African backgrounds.
You can also join in some of the activities for older people at the centre such as walking groups, art and craft, dancing, and tai chi to name a few.
It’s a great place to get active in the community, socialise, connect to the culture, and make friends.
