Join this active program for the over 60s to improve your strength and mobility. You'll start with a warmup then do gentle exercises including stretching and strengthening. Bring a resistance band, a soft ball (about 20-23 cm size), and a tennis ball for using in different exercises. Join the group on Fridays 10am to 11am. As activity details can change, check the website or call before attending.
