Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is a moving meditation with a series of gentle exercises. The exercises are known to create harmony between the mind and body.

Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It can also help if you have arthritis.

The classes are run in line with the Victorian School Terms, usually in blocks of 10 weeks. Join your local friendly tai chi classes on Tuesday evenings.
