Join the local sports association to meet people and have some fun in the evenings. You can play a game of bingo every Monday night, with registration from 6pm and eyes down at 7.30pm. Playing bingo is a wonderful way to keep your mind active and your reactions sharp. There's plenty of time for chatting and making friends between rounds. You can also play Chase the Ace on Friday nights from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. There are often gatherings for special sports events or celebrations like the Melbourne Cup.
