Jubilee Community Care provides a range of weekly programs and activities for older people. You can stay connected to people and try new things to keep active and social.

Join weekly conversation groups and enjoy trips, visits, barbeques, lunches, and talks. Or keep fit and healthy in their regular exercise class. Classes are designed to improve your strength and flexibility.

You can even access transport to and from your home to each of the community-based programs.
