It's a gentle aqua class in a heated 25 metre pool. It's ideal for older members of the community who want to improve their overall fitness. The class is a safe, non-competitive environment. It focuses on building your strength, mobility and balance.
Another class that's ideal for the over 55s is Gentle Water on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The resistance of water and the weightlessness of your body in the water ensures that there is no stress placed on your joints.
