Katherine Regional Arts Studio provides practical and affordable opportunities for the community. You can develop and practise your art in one of the art workshops. The workshops are run by skilled artists. Join the Open Studio self-guided session on Tuesdays from 5.30pm. It’s a great place to socialise with other First Nations artists and work on your creative skills. The studio space includes screen-printing facilities, a print press, and a kiln. There’s a wide variety of materials including paints, pastels, and charcoals, clay and glazes, lino, and more. Or for people who want to sing, you can join the KRA community choir. Enjoy singing popular songs as a group. No experience is necessary.
