KB5 Fitness - Group Fitness Classes

Join the Group fitness class on Tuesday mornings for a full body workout. This class includes heart health exercise and strengthening exercises to suit individual needs. You can work at your own level and enjoy the benefits no matter how long it takes. There is also a Pilates class on Thursday mornings which is a great way to tone and strengthen your core.
